Do you want to learn what it takes to register a trademark in the United States? This CLE will cover what a trademark is and isn't, how to search and clear a trademark before filing a federal trademark application, what information is required for the application, and the common mistakes that get applications refused. you will also learn how to respond to an office action from the United States Patent and Trademark Office and what to do if your application is opposed by a third party.
