Join us for an overview of key immigration laws employment attorneys should be familiar with including:

·         An overview of key workplace visas and green cards

·         Understanding the process for obtaining key workplace visas and green cards.

·         What does ICE do? An overview of ICE investigations into immigration compliance. 

This is a brown bag lunch program.  Dessert and beverages will be provided.

Kevin Mosher is an MSBA Certified Labor & Employment Law Specialist and partner at the national law firm of Thompson Coe Cousins & Irons where he advises and represents businesses on all aspects of human resources, including immigration compliance.
