Bill Grant will provide a preview of the upcoming legislative session and 2014 regulatory issues to watch from his vantage point as Deputy Commissioner of Energy and Telecommunications for the Minnesota Department of Commerce.  In his role as Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Grant is responsible for developing and managing programs and policies for Energy Planning and Advocacy, Energy Facility Permitting, the State Energy Office, Energy Assistance, Telecommunications, and the Broadband Development Office.  Before joining the Department in February 2011, Mr. Grant served as associate executive director of the Izaak Walton League of America, a position he held since 1995.

Please join us for lunch beginning at Noon, followed by the program from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

Box lunch will be provided.  Special meal requests need to be received no later than Friday, January 10.
