The Rules of Professional Conduct can affect many aspects of a lawyer’s business and marketing.  Learn what the Rules require lawyers to do to be competent, diligent, avoid conflicts, maintain trust account records and comply with the Rules concerning advertising/marketing.  Learn too some tips for “best practices” that may go beyond what the Rules mandate.

After the CLE we hope you will stick around for a happy hour.  This is a great opportunity to socialize and "talk shop" with your fellow law practitioners.  Complimentary appetizers and one free drink will be provided by the Practice Management & Marketing and New Lawyers Section.
