Join us for a discussion and overview of the basic employment laws every attorney advising small business clients should know, including:

·         Common pitfalls related to hiring, discipline and termination

·         Understanding the difference between employees and independent contractors

·         An overview of current employment litigation trends

Registration will begin at 11:30am.  The program will begin at 12:00pm.

This is a brown bag session.  Feel free to bring your own lunch.  Dessert and beverages will be provided.
