Family Law Section

The Family Law Section's purpose is to promote the practice of family law as a profession and provides for the exchange of information about family law among Minnesota attorneys. Committees include Amicus, ADR, Domestic Abuse, and Legislative.

Mentor Program

The MSBA Family Law Section (FLS) Mentor Program allows Family Law Section members to connect with other Family Law Section members who have experience in specific areas of the law and who are willing to share their knowledge through brief telephone or e-mail discussions.  It also allows mentees to seek out an ongoing mentorship relationship with experienced family law attorneys.
